New Belgium Brewing Company
This filtered amber ale is a brilliant Belgian-style session beer brewed with emphasis on sweet specialty malts and complex fruity esters. Both sweet caramel and biscuit malts entice your palate while balancing out the bitterness. Willamette hop aromas come through followed by a subtle spicy dry hop finish on this medium bodied ale. All these things and more are what make Fat Tire the incredibly drinkable balanced amber ale; always a crowd pleaser.
Abbey Belgian Style Dubbel Ale
Abbey has a complex sweet, chocolate, roast, chewy maltiness that combines with intense esters (candy banana aroma adds to the sweet perception) along with phenolic notes (clovey, herbal) to create a full-bodied, full warming character Traditional Belgian Dubbel ale. It is no wonder why it is such an award winner!
Southern Pecan Nut Brown Ale is the first beer in the world,to our knowledge, made with whole roasted pecans. The pecans are used just like grain and provide a nutty characteristic and a delightful depth to the flavor profile. This beer is very lightly hopped to allow the malty, caramel, and nutty flavors shine through. The color is dark mahogany. Southern Pecan won a Bronze Medal in the 2006 World Beer Cup in the Specialty Beer category.
Southern Gentleman is Lazy Magnolia’s award winning Southern Pecan, the original brown ale brewed with roasted pecans, which has been aged in oak bourbon barrels and then cold filtered. The brewers at Lazy Magnolia have combined the two most southern flavors, pecans and bourbon! It is the first bourbon barrel aged beer ever to be produced in the State of Mississippi. The flavor of the bourbon warms the palate, and the toasted oak barrel enhances the natural vanilla flavors in the beer.
